This is a full-time position working mostly remotely. You should be based in/around NYC, ideally with experience as an agent for illustration and animation artists for at least 2 years.

- Have excellent written and communication skills- whether it’s in person, via phone, Zoom, email, etc- it’s a vital part of this job and we’re looking for someone who knows how to strike a warm, engaging tone across all platforms. To be the kind of person people want to keep working with.
- Be a creative problem solver while also an ally to both artist and client. Calm, measured troubleshooting, especially in the midst of fast-paced projects, is a valued skill.
- Comfortable negotiating, with an understanding of pricing and usage
- Proactively generate leads to new opportunities, new contacts, and new business
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management as you’ll be working on multiple jobs running concurrently. Oversee production of live jobs with rolling deadlines and deliverable priorities.
- Self-starter, thriving with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Enterprising mindset, always on the lookout for new client and marketing opportunities, brimming with ideas. A natural connector and ideator.
- Adept at talking with clients about the various styles/disciplines we represent- from illustration, 3D/cgi, gifs/animation, lettering, paper craft, etc.
- Social media fluent- market our artists and agency on Instagram and other platforms
- Intuitive understanding of our brand, ethos, and tone.
