Michael’s work is known for its distinctive style, marrying the organic with the structured, balancing realistic rendering with design sensibility, intricate line work with resplendent color palettes, and traditional media with digital approaches. elevated portraiture.
Today, Michael spends his time working from his home studio in Bloomfield, New Jersey, just outside of New York City. He lives alongside his partner Billy and their two cats, Clementine and Theodore.
