A graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art, he has over fifteen years of experience in editorial, advertising, and book illustration. As well as working full time as an illustrator, Alex has taught at colleges such as MICA and The Corcoran and in 2016, co-founded the Baltimore Academy of Illustration.
